 Jessica Alves who's formerly known as Rodrigo Alves is a half Brazilian and half British TV personality who's well known for her plastic surgery obsession.

Born as a male, Jessica Alves made headlines last year when he openly came out and announced his new gender to the world as a female.

Jessica was once an average young man known as Rodrigo Alves, however, he has always been a fan of Barbie right from his childhood days and he's always seen himself as a female in a male's body.

He first made headlines when he went through series of cosmetic procedures to look like a fictional character called Ken who happens to be Barbie's boyfriend.

He was nicknamed the Human Ken Doll as his plastic surgeries which cost him £650,000 (365 million naira) earned him international recognition. He reigned as the Human Ken Doll for over five years before taking a new turn in his career.

He underwent gender reassignment procedures and announced his new name and gender as he revealed he's always wanted to look like Barbie, He's currently nicknamed The Human Barbie among other nicknames which were given to him by fans.

He's reportedly spent a total of 725,000 British pounds (407 million naira) and has undergone over 160 cosmetic procedures to get his current looks. With a net worth reportedly estimated at 30 million British pounds (16 billion naira) as of 2018, spending 725 thousand pounds on surgeries seems not to be much of a problem for Alves.

Currently, Jessica is planning to have a womb transplant surgery which would make her a complete female by enabling her to get pregnant.

In 2013, Jessica was diagnosed with body dysmorphia, a mental condition that makes one worried about the imperfections in their physical appearance (this could explain why he was obsessed with plastic surgeries).

Some of his extreme surgical procedures include having him four ribs removed to have a perfect six packs and removing his male private organ to change his gender.
